Cần thiết nhất là có par2 soft dùng để join và fix file khi bị thiếu hoạc corrupt:

Rejoin files sau khi download

- Để check coi tất cả các files bạn download có đúng hay không bạn phải install http://www.quickpar.org.uk/

- Sau khi install QuickPar, run QuickPar....., click Options và configure như hình dưới đây

- Đợi khi download đầy đủ các files nhỏ (splitted files), bạn mở (double click) bất cứ PAR2 của những file nhỏ đó... QuickPar sẽ tự động duyệt (check, verify) coi những files nhỏ có OK không.

- Nếu OK, thì bạn sẽ thấy QuickPar nói "All Data Verified".

- Nếu uploaders dùng QuickPar split method để split files, thì QuickPar sẽ tự động rejoin lại cho bạn.

- Nếu uploaders dùng WinRar method để split files thì, bạn phải install và dùng WinRAR để rejoin.

- Nếu uploaders dùng sjsplit method (extension 001, 002, _a, _b .. etc) thì bạn phải install và dùng FILESJ để rejoin.
